Maybe it’s just us, but summer always inspires us to be a bit more playful and colorful when styling our events and this Modern Colorful Wedding we styled for Marry Me by Oriental Trading is no exception!  We paired bold and beautiful hues of pink, orange, yellow and blue with a chic and clean combination of white and gold to make our vibrant palette all the more vivid.  This wedding is full of color-blocking DIYs, a delicous DIY Mojito Bar, including a refreshing Berry Mojito Recipe and gorgeous, colorful details you won’t want to miss!

The table was set with a fresh, white linen and contemporary white dinner and dessert plates; allowing our color blocked utensils, stemware and flower vases to sere as the focal point of the decor.  All we had to do to achieve this look was add a few coats of spray paint to the products from Marry Me by Oriental Trading and voila!

Colorful-Wedding-Chair-BackerOnce of our favorite statement pieces was our DIY Color Blocked Chair Backers.  We simply added a coat of paint, some Washi tape and fresh flowers to the already fabulous chair backer to make this gorgeous piece of decor.

Colorful-Wedding-DIY-Mojito-BarGuests were able to create a a variety of Mojitos at our DIY Mojito Bar; including classic mint, peach and our yummy Berry Mojito.   Each flavored Mojito was housed in a glass beverage dispenser; making sure the Mojitos were always flowing!
